DJ Premier with cello at WGBH studio in Boston strings recording sessionJulia, Konstantin, Lilit, and Ming-Hui performed as members of Red Light Film Documentary orchestra for an experimental project about merging Hip-Hop and classical music. Renowned disc jockey, DJ Premier is working with Emmy Award winning composer Stephen Webber for a documentary about pairing DJ’s with artists from genres that may be unfamiliar with. DJ Premier studied with Bruce Adolhpe, from Juliard School of Music to get a crash course on classical music, to incorporate into a track that Stephen Webber will finish with a classical taste.
