Please complete the competition application form and submit it together with your score, parts, and audio or MIDI realization - in a separate sealed envelope labeled with your pseudonym. In order to keep the competition anonymous, we ask you to not write your real name on your score, parts, and media but rather use a pseudonym matching that on the sealed envelope with the application. It is very important that you provide accurate, up-to-date information in this application form. Please feel free to attach to this application a separate sheet with your biography and program notes!
